RETURNED MERCHANDISE & WARRANTY COVERAGE

 

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL REJECTED/REFUSED MERCHANDISE QUALIFY FOR A RETURN CLAIM UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED BY TRUCK TENTS AND MORE.

All damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped products must be confirmed with 48 hours of package delivery.

For most merchandise, items are warranted by the manufacturer for a minimum of 1 year. If you wish to submit a Returned Merchandise claim. Please do NOT ship back unauthorized returns. Contact TRUCKTENTSANDMORE.COM FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Otherwise, the return claim may be automatically rejected and TRUCKTENTSANDMORE customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

No merchandise either truck tents, suv tents, camping tents, sleeping bags,first aid kits and campstoves may be returned under any circumstances unless said merchandise is defectiveor you obtain a return authorization number. Any unauthorized returns will not necessarily be re-stocked and/or refunded. Please note that payment refunds occur only when similar merchandise is not available for replacement.

 

 

CLAIMS FILED WITHIN 48 HOURS

As a reminder, all damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped products must be confirmed with 48 hours of package delivery. Otherwise, return claims may be delayed and/or rejected. All claims associated with damaged package/product in transit will result in a call tag merchandise pickup arranged by TRUCKTENTSANDMORE.COM through its shipping carrier (i.e. UPS, FedEx, etc).

Damage claims must be filed within 48 hours after order delivery date; NO exceptions. 

 All return claims involving allegedly defective (non-damaged) or mis-shipped merchandise will result in the following action: TRUCKTENTSANDMORE.COM will provide a (prepaid) return shipping label to be affixed by the end customer for shipment back to TRUCKTENTSANDMORE.COM and/or its vendors partners. Once received, the merchandise will be inspected to determine whether order was either mis-shipped or product was defective. TRUCKTENTSANDMORE.COM is responsible for return shipping cost if the return claim qualifies for product replacement. However, if order was correctly shipped and returned product is deemed non-defective, TRUCKTENTSANDMORE.COM customer (Retailer) is responsible for original return shipping costs incurred by TRUCKTENTSANDMORE.COM and any additional shipping costs required to re-ship said merchandise to the end consumer and/or TRUCKTENTSANDMORE.COM customer location.

Exclusions: All over sized/flat rate shipping merchandise return shipping costs must be originally incurred by the                     TRUCK TENTSANDMORE.COM. Reseller and/or their customer, with financial reimbursement by TRUCKTENTSANDMORE.COM if merchandise is found to be defective.

If non-defective merchandise received by TRUCKTENTSANDMORE.COM does not qualify for replacement,                  TRUCKTENTSAND MORE.COM customer is fully responsible for all shipping transit costs. TRUCKTENTSANDMORE.COM reserves the right to take ownership of said non-defective merchandise if TRUCKTENTSANDMORE.COM customer does not reimburse return shipping costs and outbound re-ship fees within 60 days. TRUCKTENTSANDMORE.COM will not offer financial reimbursement for returned non-defective products

 

CLAIMS FILED AFTER 48 HOURS

 

All return merchandise claims filed after 48 hours of original delivery date are strictly defined as a manufacturer warranty issue. TRUCKTENTSANDMORE.COM Resellers and/or their customers are fully responsible for return shipping costs, regardless of whether merchandise is found to be defective. Abusive wear and tear of products may not necessarily qualify a returned product for warranty coverage. If merchandise is found to be defective, TRUCKTENTSANDMORE.COM will be responsible for replacement product shipping costs.Certain merchandise may not qualify for return claim authorization after 30 days of delivery receipt (see above).

 

TRUCKTENTSANDMORE.COM stands by the quality and craftsmanship of all available merchandise. We will work with our Resellers to the best of our ability regarding any merchandise returns and/or shipping concerns. Please note TRUCKTENTSANDMORE.COM may occasionally request digital photos of allegedly damaged or defective product; TRUCKTENTSANDMORE.COM reserves the right to require this information only as needed.

 

 

RETURN POLICY ADJUSTMENTS

The following return policy adjustments apply to manufacturer-specific inventory:
  A RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST must be obtained in advance and must be made within 5 (five) days of receipt of merchandise. A return RAR form must be signed in order to validate your return. Pictures for defective parts must also be received within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Failure to do so may forfeit your privilege to return/exchange the products. All canceled orders for custom products are subject to a 25% (twenty-five percent) cancellation fee. There is no restocking fee for returns or exchanges made within 5 days of receipt and in original packaging. Products altered in any way may not be returned or exchanged unless permitted by the Seller. All products that are approved for return after 5 days are for order credit only and may incur a 25% cancellation/restocking fee. All products returned must be in the same condition as it was originally delivered by the seller to buyer. Special or custom-made orders are not refundable. All electrical or mechanical parts are non-returnable. Merchandise signed for is assumed delivered and no shortage claims will be considered unless noted on delivery ticket at time of delivery. Damaged-shipped merchandise must claim with the freight carrier. Original receipt must be presented for credit or exchange. NO RECEIPT NO REFUND. Exchanges on poor fitments of body kits will only be given after careful review and inspection. Pictures of the fitments or part will be requested in most cases. No returns on any parts that have been used, installed, modified, or disassembled. All returns must be sent to Seller freight prepaid and insured by Buyer. No refund or credit on labor or freight charges. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Any refused shipments do not necessarily constitute the right to any refund credit. At no time in the return process is any of your personal information or address given out  to anyone other than those who need it to get you the product you ordered.
